An environmental management information collection system modifies and analyzes environmental impact information, which is collected and stored in advance, and calculates a reduction amount of environmental impacts at each of a plurality of processes included in activities of an organization. A management-information system obtains the environmental impact at each process, and calculates an amount of investment for reducing the environmental impacts.
