The remaining 5% is conducted in Rhode Island, Connecticutt, New York, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. California Capital Insurance Company uses CIG in California, on the West Coast of the U.S. As such, due to the geographical exclusivity, there is no reasonable likelihood of confusion.
