The wording D'POET PRODUCTIONS is positioned in a gold circle that has a black outline. Also inside the gold circle are seven black stars with three on either side and one in the O in D'POET. D'POET is on the top of the circle and PRODUCTIONS is on the bottom. In the center of the gold circle is a black circle that contains the wording DP in the center with a silver underline. There is stylized silver and black smoke on the letters.
