Educational Services, namely, both in person and virtual education programs in the nature of classes, seminars, workshops and conferences on health care, exercise, diet, nutrition, insurance;Providing geriatric care management services in the nature of coordination of necessary services and personal care for seniors, namely, the coordination of home inspections, annual physical examinations, home health aide services, housekeeping services, elder companion services, emergency response system services, meals delivery and provision, adult day care, lifestyle and wellness program, dog walking services, and transportation for providing food, drugs, meals and personal transportation; all inclusive program services in the nature of delivering social work and personal care services consisting of assisting with bathing, toileting, transferring, dressing and grooming and other aspects of personal hygiene, and assistance with activities of daily living; and respite care in the nature of short term or temporary non-medical personal care of the senior to provide relief to the regular care giver, such as a family member, as necessary; conducting programs for the elderly, namely, providing musical entertainment, celebrations, social clubs, arts and crafts, games, exercise, dancing and gardening, all provided in order to increase affiliation with others and self expression;Providing nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities, with subacute on-site medical services in nursing homes and retirement communities; medical services provided by physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and related medical professionals; medical services related to dementia and memory loss; hospice care; palliative care; health care services, namely, providing physical, occupational and speech therapy programs; medical and nutritional counseling, namely, illness management in the nature of providing limited in-home personal medical services for individuals including checking vital signs, medication compliance, scheduling doctor appointments, providing nutritional analysis and recommendations and ensuring compliance with individual hygiene; medication management, namely, preparation of and dispensing of medications; dietician services; nursing, dentistry and podiatry services; all inclusive program services in the nature of delivering needed medical and therapeutic services, provided through activities such as musical entertainment, celebrations, social clubs, arts and crafts, games, exercise, dancing and gardening all provided in order to increase mobility, stimulate cognitive functioning; nutritional counseling in the nature of nutritional guidance; medical services provided by a program physician familiar with the history, needs and preferences of each senior participant; home health care; hospital services and nursing home care services; clinical social worker services, namely, conducting an assessment program for senior patients receiving various medical, rehabilitative and therapeutic services for the purpose of guiding treatment and assessing program effectiveness;Providing assisted living facilities; residential retirement housing and continuing care retirement communities for seniors in the nature of assisted living and independent living facilities; supplying meals to residents of assisted living and retirement communities; elder day care centers; clinical social worker services, namely, assessing, coordinating and monitoring temporary housing services for those in need;LIVING;
