The mark consists of a thin circular band which is beige in color, surrounding a wider circular band which is peach in color with a very thin white band between them, the peach band containing the words FRANCHISE DIRECT written in gold across the top of the circle, and the words FRANCHISES AWARD written in gold across the bottom of the circle, with one large yellow star on the left and right separating the two words on the top from the two words on the bottom; in the white circle in the center of the peach band the three words TOP 100 GLOBAL are written in gold, one on top of the other, surrounded by 14 yellow stars in a circle as follows: three small yellow stars on each side of 100, two large yellow stars on each side of TOP, and on the top and bottom of the circle (above the word TOP and below the word GLOBAL), two small yellow stars with a large star in between them (all large stars and all small stars being the same size, respectively).;The color(s) yellow, gold, beige, peach and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;Advertising and marketing services, namely, promoting the goods and services of others;FRANCHISE DIRECT AND TOP 100 GLOBAL AND FRANCHISES AWARD;
