The hydrophilic polymeric unit can include ethylene oxide with one or more primary or secondary alcohol groups or glycosaminoglycans such as hyaluronic acid, and the double bond monomer includes monomers containing at least one double bond, preferably a C?C, C?N or C?O bond, including N-trimethylsilyl-allylamine, ethylene, propylene and allyl alcohol.
