A clean carry apparatus provides a clean surface for use and a clean exterior after use. A storage area and base area are connected to a changing area at at least one hinge point. The base area and changing area pivot away from each other at a second hinge point to lay on a surface. The storage area pivots away from the changing area at a hinge point and rests on the base area to expose a clean changing surface.
