Specifically it includes methods of simultaneously enhancing the expression of a first RNA at the same time as suppressing the expression of a second RNA. The present invention also specifically provides constructs capable of simultaneously enhancing the expression of a first RNA while at the same time suppressing the expression of a second RNA, methods for utilizing such agents and plants containing such agents.
