  1. A refrigerated worksurface for processing food products includes a base and at least one cooling element supported on the base. A preparation surface is positioned on the base atop the cooling element and is configured to be cooled by the cooling element. A cooling system is configured to circulate a coolant through the cooling element so that a temperature of the preparation surface is maintained within a predetermined range.
