A magnet assembly for the suspension and guidance of suspended vehicles and transport systems creates an intrinsically stable, contactless magnetic suspension and guidance system composed of an assembly of magnetic elements and a superconductor assembly for suspended vehicles and transport systems. At least one part of the magnetic element assembly is physically connected to the superconductor assembly.
