  1. A clip has a frame and a flapper. Two dry bearings are inserted into a hole formed in the flapper. Then an attaching shaft is inserted from one of the holes in the frame to the other through the dry bearings, so as to swingably attaching the flapper to the frame. Fresh air feeding pipes are connected to the first and second clip covers.
