A bracket for holding accessories on a boat includes a pair of mounting plates which are laterally spaced apart from one another and interconnected by a plurality of threaded screws and wing nuts, wherein the mounting plates have a set of aligned open through surfaces through which the screws extend and are retained by the nuts.
