The Device, when installed at the top of a streetlight, begins to classifies and counts these images: Traffic Objects: Automobile, Truck, Bus, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Pedestrian. The software analyzes these objects in motion and determines if any of these road hazards are occurring:, Congestion, Stopped Traffic, Excessive Speed, Cars off the Roadway, Cars stuck on Railroad Tracks. The unit simultaneously analyzes the video feeds to determine instances of these hazardous weather conditions: Wildfires, Tornados, High Winds, Extreme Windchill, Fog, Flooded Roadways, Extreme Rainfall, Dangerous Hail, Earthquakes The unit then sends an Hwy Alert signal to a satellite for distribution to public safety agencies, transportation companies, and other subscribers;HIGHWAY ALERT;
