  1. A solvent blend effective to remove grease and oil includes a hydro treated light petroleum distillate in combination with a glycol ether and an ester solvent. Each of the components has a vapor pressure of less than 0.1 mm Hg at 20° C. and accordingly contained no volatile organic compounds.
