The painter's tape dispenser with cutter has a base, a rotatable spindle for receiving a roll of tape, and a cutter mounted on the base, which is ergonomically dimensioned for a comfortable fit on the user's forearm. The base is generally triangular in shape, with a pair of elongated sides and a relatively narrow base of the triangle, so that the base is adapted to extend along the inside of the forearm between the elbow and the wrist.
