  1. In a method for selling window coverings a set of swatch cards and sample blinds are provided in a display unit. The swatch cards contain a piece of window covering material and a pricing table for a product being offered for sale. The card may contain other information about the product such as options and options. Each set of swatch cards will contain samples of all window covering materials available for the type of product with which the cards are associated. A photograph or other reproduction of each window covering material and a photograph of a window covering product could be used in place of actual samples.
