The mark consists of a belt shaped seal arranged horizontally solid yellow border lines across the top and bottom of the seal, and with the inside of the seal colored in green. Inscribed within the center of the seal lies a solid yellow lined describing an irregular octagon shape tracing both the upper and lower borders of the center of the seal.
