Computer software for business planning and analysis and/or the analysis of the behavior of economies and other economic entities, including but not limited to software used to create, maintain, and operate macro econometric models, such as those used by businesses and governments worldwide to forecast and analyze the performance of national, regional and other jurisdictionally defined economies and other economic entities; industries, corporations and other business entities, Specific examples of such software, manufactured, marketed or licensed in connect with the Alphametrics mark include the Modler software, the Powerstation software, Dataview software and the Economist workstation;Computer software for financial analysis and planning, including but not limited to software used to analyze the behavior of financial securities, interest rates, currency exchange rated, and other quantities associated with monetary measures, aggregates, and associated statistics, Specific examples of such software manufactured, marketed or licensed in connect with the Alphametrics mark include the Modeler software, the Powerstation software and Databiew software;Computer software for j=use by banks, brokerages, US government agencies, and other financial institutions and entities, in connection with the purchase or sale, or monitor or analyze the purchase and sale of financial securities or currencies, including but not limited to US dollars and other national currencies, Specific examples of such software manufactured marketed, or licensed in connection with the use of the Alphametrics mark include the Modeler and Powerstation software;ALPHA METRICS;Services provided in connection with the use of the Alphametrics mark include the custom design and development of computer software for others, including then existing customers having licensed or purchased the above mentioned software, including but not limited to modifications of said software as well as software originally designed and developed for said customers; Moreover, because of the highly technical nature of the software licensed to customers of Alphametrics corporation, such service have always also included training in the use of the software, including training in the techniques of economic, financial theory, and related disciplines, associated wit the use of said software;
