The third outer layer contains six stylized stars and the stylized words (all caps): AMERICAN INTEGRITY COURSES. The top center of the emblem contains the stylized letters: AIC. Along the inner side of the circle are 26 stylized white stars lining the inner circle; in the center, there is an eagle facing west holding a ribbon in it's beak; on the ribbon two words are written in stylized letters (Capitalize each word): Inspirationis Scholasticam (no English translation). The eagle's wings are both up-there are two stylized words written over each of the eagle's wings: over the west facing wing is written the stylized word (all caps): AMERICAN and over the east facing wing is written the stylized word (all caps): INTEGRITY. The eagle is standing on a plaque and under the plaque is written the stylized word (all caps): COURSES. Under the eagle's west facing talon is a branch with three leaves on it and five berries. Under the eagle's east facing talon are three feather tipped arrows.
