The mark consists of of product packaging trade dress as applied to a glass liquor bottle. The top upper portion of the bottle features a label with a floral plant design and two bands at the bottom. The middle of the bottle features a stork in flight upon a circle that is embossed on the glass bottle itself. The lower portion of the bottle features another label with the words BOCIAN and VODKA in all block lettering. The term VODKA appears in block font directly underneath the term BOCIAN. Another band appears with a floral plant design and a stork in flight upon a circle. The circle with the stork has the words MADE IN POLAND on the upper half and the wording BIALY BOCIAN below. To the left and right of the stork circle appear two more circles with the circle on the left containing three stars over three barrels and the circle on the right containing images of wheat. ZUREK ZYTNI WÓDKA

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle featuring a small label beneath the cap featuring a repeating pattern of stalks of grain and tractors, all above a large label around the center of the bottle with a jagged upper and lower edge, and the large stylized wording ZUREK ZYTNI WÓDKA each of which is printed on its own horizontal axis, with a design of a tractor between the wording ZYTNI and WÓDKA and a half design of a stalk of grain appears on the left side of the label. Beneath the aforementioned wording and designs are three plain horizontal lines around the label, with two vertical lines running down from the third horizontal line to the bottom edge of the label, with one thin horizontal line between the two vertical lines and two thin horizontal lines running out of the vertical line on the right.
