Beer making and brewing services;The mark consists of a design that includes a diving helmet, with four circular openings, one on the top, one in the front and one on each side, embedded in a halo-like oval with thick rope to the sides and above the helmet and a border that follows the rope's indentations, and continues all around the perimeter of the design, with equal sized short and longer lines outside the border that extend around the oval border, in a sequence of one short and one long line, with gauges for the diving helmet under the helmet and below the gauges the words Aquanaut Brewing Company all in capital letters, with Aquanaut on top and being more prominent than the words BREWING COMPANY, in an unfurled scroll, with dots at various places throughout the scroll, with shaded portions at either end of the scroll that look like horizontal flames, with sheaves of barley under the word BREWING to the left and hops under the word COMPANY, and leaves above the hops to the right intersecting with the scroll.
