The jockey has light brown skin with black facial features and is wearing black boots, white pants, a red shirt with a white stripe, and a red hat with a black and white chinstrap. The horse and jockey have a black outline. Below the horse appears a scroll banner that extends across the badge with the ends extending outside the badge on each side of the badge.
