Charitable donation services, namely, providing printed educational materials, brochures, and pamphlets in the field of child exploitation prevention; Education services, namely, training educators in the field of child exploitation prevention and providing curricula in connection therewith; Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, classes, conferences, meetings and other forms of educational gatherings with individuals, organizations and businesses in the field of child exploitation prevention; Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, classes, conferences, and meetings with individuals, organizations and businesses in the field of child exploitation prevention and distribution of course material in connection therewith;The mark consists of a five pointed sheriff's badge shaded green and outlined in yellow with a black shadow in the middle of which are two concentric circles with the outer larger circle having a thin yellow outer border and a thin green inner boarder and the smaller inner circle having a yellow border. The space between the two circles is shaded white. At the top of the white space is the acronym B.A.C.E in black and in the bottom half of the white space is the wording BUSINESSES AGAINST CHILD EXPLOITATION also in black. The space within the smaller inner circle is also shaded white and contains a black and white skyline in the background, and, in the foreground, a black and white silhouette of man and woman both wearing business suits and shaking hands along with a black and white silhouette of two children, a girl on the left, and a boy on the right directly underneath the extended hands of the man and woman. Below the outer circle, is a banner shaded black and outlined in yellow and black that contains the wording TOGETHER WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE! in yellow. Below this banner, in between the bottom two points of the sheriff's badge, is the wording A 501C3 ORGANIZATION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE BREVARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE in black.
