The mark consists of the word ARSENAL in stylized font inside of a ribbon directly above a large crest. Inside of the large crest are chevron arrows with the arrows pointing down. Within the first of the four (4) chevrons inside of the large crest is a small crest with four (4) components which are all separated by a large X. The four (4) components inside the small crest are the earth, air, fire, water elements in a stylized design. The very bottom of the large crest contains the word TOOLS in stylized font inside of a ribbon. On the outer limits of the large crest are curved laurel wreath designs.
