F&I Beverages hereby consents to the use and registration of the trademark SH by BTK under Application No. 88/736,045. The SH application covers the following goods in International Class 033: Class 033: Liquor; Potable Spirits This consent is based upon the parties' mutual determination that there is no likelihood of confusion that consumers will be confused by the use or registration of the parties' respective marks. The parties agree that their goods and services are distinguishable in the marketplace and are not likely to be considered by the relevant group of consumers to be derived from the same source.
