NCHARGE

The mark consists of an outer horizontal rectangle border inside of which is another inner horizontal rectangle. The inner rectangle has a background of bubble-like objects that appear to be floating or effervescing as if in a liquid. On top of the bubble background appears a stylized and larger letter N and a stylized and smaller word CHARGE. The upper right and lower left points of the letter N intersect and bleed into the outer rectangle border. The letter C in the word charge sits partially on top of the right side of the letter N.
