Educational and training services, namely, conducting seminars, courses, conferences, lectures, workshops relating to celiac sprue disease and gluten-induced sensitivities, including, but not limited to, dermatitis herpetiformis and conducting collaborative meetings with physicians, medical technicians and others in the scientific community to discuss, learn and evaluate medical research and other medical advances relating to celiac sprue disease and gluten-induced sensitivities, including, but not limited to, dermatitis herpetiformis;Literature and written materials, namely, newsletters, informational and educational written pamphlets, brochures, handbooks, catalogs in the field of products for patients with celiac sprue disease and gluten-induced sensitivities, including, but not limited to, dermatitis herpetiformis; cookbooks, booklets, leaflets, informational flyers, wallet-sized informational cards, posters, informational sheets, research monographs, journals and journal reprints, charts, diagrams, and adhesive-backed stickers, all relating to celiac sprue disease and gluten-induced sensitivities, including, but not limited to, dermatitis herpetiformis; kits comprising of one or more of the foregoing materials; and books, periodicals and other informational documents, all relating to celiac sprue disease and gluten-induced sensitivities, including, but not limited to, dermatitis herpetiformis;
