CHECK MARK

The mark consists of the words Check Mark. Between the words Check and Mark is a grid of 25 squares, five across and five down, having a check mark centered within this grid with a portion of the check located outside the grid. There are an additional nine black squares. Five of these are in a vertical column nearest the m of the word Mark, and the other four black squares are in a row across the bottom of the grid, giving the mark a three-dimensional aspect.
