The word ENVIRONMENTAL begins under the letter C in the word CHESSIE above, but the letters NMENTAL of the word ENVIRONMENTAL extend beyond the end of the word CHESSIE. On the line below the word ENVIRONMENTAL and extending the same width are the words PRESERVING THE MAGIC OF THE CHESAPEAKE in all lower case letters except for the upper case letter C in the word CHESAPEAKE, all in blue and with a smaller font size. To the right of the last letter E in CHESSIE and fitting above the letters NMENTAL of the word ENVIRONMENTAL is the image of the left profile of a dragon's head with a long bent neck and its face looking towards the word CHESSIE. The dragon's head and neck are green with dark green along the bottom half of the head and neck. Two curved antler-like extensions protrude from behind the dragon's left ear and curl back; and the end of the dragon's nose hooks back underneath its pointed chin. Where the dragon's neck ends, there are three curved lines like ripples of water. The longest curved line is blue and at the right begins at the back of the neck and curves across left until it ends near the final E in CHESSIE. There is a half curved line above the long curved line on the right and a half curved line below the long curved line on the left, both half curved lines in a lighter blue.
