Inside the smaller circle is a picture representation of a person with arms out-stretched behind a brick wall with the embedded text Come Unto Me All Ye That Labor with lines representing rays extending from the person's head and the text The Light of the World curved along the upper edge of the inner circle with the horizontal text Restored under the curved text.
