Oil production services;The mark consists of a large, red, capital letter K in which the bottom right appendage of the letter extends to the right and then a strip extends up from the appendage to form a red circle around the letter that runs counterclockwise and ends prior to completing the circle, leaving a small white gap prior to connecting the circle at the elongated bottom right appendage of the capital letter K. The area that is within the red ring is all white except, of course, for the large, red, capital letter K. Surrounding the red ring is a white ring that is about twice as wide as the red ring it surrounds. Surrounding the white ring is a black ring that is about twice as wide as the white ring it surrounds. Centered on the top half of the black ring, the words CIRCLE K are written in capital, white letters.
