The mark consists of three lines of text and design as follows: The first line begins with one small solid blue five (5) pointed star followed by the word BALLOT in black block letters which is immediately followed by two columns of red, white, and red slightly curved stripes. The second line consists of a large five (5) pointed star with a blue border and white center. To the left of the large star is a small solid blue five (5) pointed star located between the fifth and first points, clockwise. To the right of the large star is a medium solid blue five (5) pointed star located between the first and second points, clockwise. A small solid blue five (5) pointed star is located on the second point to the right of the large star. A medium solid blue five (5) pointed star is located to the right of the large star between the second and third points, clockwise, and is followed by the word TRACE in black block letters.
