The certification mark, as intended to be used by persons authorized by the Certifier, is intended to certify that the wine is produced from grapes grown in the Abruzzo region of Italy obtained uniquely from vineyards located on hills or on plateaux, whose altitude must not be over 500 metres above sea level and exceptionally 600 metres for south-facing ones, the maximum yield for the grapes must not be over 40 quintals per hectare, and the minimum alcoholic strength must be 11.5% vol., and that the goods meet other specifications established by the certifier.;Wines;

Sparkling wine with the registered designation of origin Abruzzo white and rosè, including with the grape specification Pecorino, Passerina, Montonico and Coccociola obtained from Trebbiano abruzzese, Pecorino, Passerina, Montonico, Coccociola and Montepulciano grapes (only for the rosè wine) vinified with the Italian method in Abruzzo, produced, bottled and marketed in compliance with the specifications of DOC Abruzzo;

VINI D'ABRUZZO CONSORZIO TUTELA

The mark consists of a circular element in burgundy color inside which, in the upper part, is the fancy wording VINI D'ABRUZZO in stylized characters in white color, and in the lower part the fancy wording CONSORZIO TUTELA in stylized characters in white color, in the center of the stylized circular element there is the graphic representation of an eagle's head with wing positioned in silhouette in beige color.;The color(s) white, burgundy, and beige is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;The English translation of VINI and CONSORZIO TUTELA in the mark is WINES and CONSORTIUM FOR PROTECTION.;Wine; alcoholic beverages except beers; the foregoing produced in the Abruzzo region of Italy in accordance with specific standards;VINI AND CONSORZIO TUTELA;
