The mark consists of the word COPPERWELD in the color black and the words BUILDING WIRE in the color orange. The words BUILDING WIRE are stacked below the word COPPERWELD. To the left of the literal element is a design feature consisting of a three-dimensional partially coiled copper clad wire that is unwinding in a clockwise direction and extending to the right above, behind and below the three words. The coiled portion of the wire is represented by a fanciful combination of three concentric letter C's. The outer concentric C is the color blue. The two inner concentric C's, from left to right, are the colors copper orange and gray. The extended portion of the wire is in the color blue and white.
