The mark consists of the following: a white logo which, in its left side, contains a stylized figure of a dark haired woman with a brown skin tone dressed with a typical flamenco dress which is red with white spots. The woman holds on her left hand a black fan and has a red rose on the hair and a brown shawl on her shoulders. In the center of the logo there is a red label with yellow trim that starts from the bottom, in the middle there is the wording extra virgin olive oil in white behind this wording there is a green rectangle. Above the said wording there is a red sealing wax, which is underneath the wording CARMEN in red. From the upper center portion of the logo there is a green label with yellow trim. The upper right corner of the logo as well as the whole right side and the lower right corner is decorated with light green leaves and flowers.
