The mark consists of two standing, bearded men with hats each standing beside a shield or crest. One man is holding a bottle and the other man is holding a spear. The shield or crest is divided into four quadrants with a picture of a micrometer with a diagonal line across it in the top left quadrant, a picture of a goat in the top right quadrant, an open book with a bookmark in the bottom right quadrant and a heart and raindrops in the bottom left quadrant. Above the crest appears ornamental filigree from which an arm holding a banner bearing the word SATISFACTORY is raised.
