[ Construction, maintenance, and renovation of homes ];Non-medical home care services for the elderly and infirm, namely, providing in-home assistance for daily living, namely, rise and shine or bedtime services in the nature of helping the elderly or infirm get ready for bed and get into and out of bed, assistance with daily activities, housekeeping, medication reminders in the nature of reminding the elderly and infirm when to take daily medications, companionship and conversation; in-hospital comfort and non-nursing care, namely, staying with patient or loved one in the hospital, providing comfort, companionship services for the elderly and infirm; personal care assistance of activities of daily living such as personal mobility and transportation of passengers for the elderly and infirm; personal care assistance of activities of daily living such as grocery shopping and in-home meal preparation for the elderly and infirm; consulting services, namely, providing personal support in the nature of helping the elderly and infirm with medical and insurance forms and bills, long-term care options, and explanation of health benefits; respite care to provide the caregiver with temporary, intermittent, substitute care of the elderly or infirm and relieve the caregiver from the daily responsibilities of caring for the elderly or infirm in the nature of the same services provided with home care services, but on an intermittent or temporary basis; lifeline services placing the elderly or infirm in immediate contact with a response person or emergency services in the nature of installing monitoring equipment and contracting with other companies for monitoring services; home safety inspection audits to improve the safety for the elderly and infirm;
