The mark consists of a heart shape with an equalateral triangle therein situated such that the top point of the triangle contacts the inside of the top point in the horizontal center of the heart and the each bottom point of the triangle contacts a curved side of the heart shape and also with a second, smaller equalteral triangle centered in and oriented in the same direction as the first, with a cross situated inside the smaller triangle such that neither the vertical nor the horizontal member of the cross contact the sides of the triangle, with the following words or pair of words placed within the space between the two triangles: FAMILY, FACILITY, and ELDER CARE.;Providing consulting services to individuals or families making decisions regarding the selection of nursing homes or care facilities Providing advice to families of nursing home or care facility patients and monitoring and communicating with the staff of such facilities on behalf of patients or their families;
