Computer application software for Smart phones, laptops, tablets and other computer platforms such as PCâeuro(TM)s (personal computers) and business workstations, namely, software for Web based software application for creating an electronic forms to be deployed to employees, clients, and vendors to be filled out on the devices listed previously. These electronic forms are then converted to printable documents and also stored in electronic format inside of the application for future retrieval;Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for use as a web based software application hosted on eNTERFACE Servers allowing the user to login and create electronic forms to be deployed to employees, clients, and vendors. User retrieves forms to fill out through the hosted web portal, mobile application, and/or tablet PC. User submits filled out forms to the server which stores and/or routes the forms to specified users. The web based software service is hosted and maintained by the eNTERFACE service;
