The mark consists of the stylized word INVOLVE above the stylized wording & EVOLVE. Both & and EVOLVE are indented. At the same level INVOLVE and above the word EVOLVE is a hexagon containing two diagonal lines coming from the bottom sides of the hexagon reaching the upper sides of the hexagon that form a large X. Beginning slightly to the left of the center of the X is a horizontal line that extends to the outside of the hexagon on the right side and forms an arrow.
