4W-A-Y

The mark consists of the number 4, followed by the capital letters W-A-Y. The 4 is displayed in a closed-top form, slanted such that the long right side parallels the left leg of the capital W which follows. The W is an a symmetric form, with all legs being diagonal. The crossbar of the number 4, which is approximately 1/3 of the way from the bottom of the mark, is extended to the right horizontally across and behind the letter which follow and continuing to the right past the Y.;Gaming devices, namely, gaming machines, slot machines, bingo machines, with or without video output;FOUR WAY;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;
