The mark consist of both a literal feature and a design feature. The literal element contains the letters G, S, and K all capitalized block letters and are found centered in the foreground of the mark. The design feature contains a number of elements. Within the block letters are zig-zag lines that appear from left to right in specific places. The lines give the letters the appearance of being shattered. In the background of the block letters is a solid silhouette of the state of California. The state is placed just left-of-center in the mark behind the literal element. Finally, there is a semi-circle that begins in the center of the top of the state silhouette and continues in an arc ending in the depression of the southeast portion of the state silhouette. The mark consists of Our mark consists of both a literal element and a design element and consists of standard white lettering and white block lettering on a black field. The first line of our mark consists of our company slogan: Kick, Throw, Party, Repeat. All words are in capital letters and in standard lettering. The word Kick appears in white letters and lies atop the second part of the G and first part of the O of Golden on our second line. The word Throw appears in white letters and stretches across the D and E in the word Golden in our second line. The word Party appears in white letters and stretches across the S and part of the T in the word State on our second line. The word Repeat appears in white letters and stretches over the last part of the A and final T in the word State on our second line. The second line of our mark consists of both a literal and design element. The literal part of this line contains the words Golden and State. These words appear in block lettering with a white outline and black fill. All letters in the words are capitalized. For the design aspect, the block letters are also filled with white lines, straight and zig-zag lines, to give the letters the appearance that they are shattering. The third line of our mark consists of both a literal and a design element as well. The literal element of our third line consists of the word Kickball. This word like the two above, consists of block lettering with a white outline and black fill. All the letters in the word Kickball are capitalized. Lastly, the design element also contains the appearance that the letters are being shattered. There are white lines that appear in the block letters. These lines vary letter to letter and consist of both straight and zig-zag lines. The fourth and final line of the mark contains our website address. The address is in standard white lettering and all letters are capitalized.
