VIDIGREET

The mark has a motion feature of the mark and consists of the stylized words VIDIGREET appearing in a fixed position with the center space encompassed by the letter D suggesting a display screen with visual static or fuzz indicative of a display screen with the power on but no transmission signal. The motion feature of the mark consists of the static and a fanciful figure of a man with a hat or turban who rises upward out of the static, head first and up to halfway out of the screen while waving his right arm with open hand. While simultaneously waiving, the figure is moving its mouth. The figure then withdraws back into the screen disappearing entirely. Just after the figure disappears, the static also disappears vertically and horizontally, suggesting that the display screen was powered off.
