The mark consists of a circular design having a red band with the words Nantucket Grown written in white on an upper side and Oysters written in white on a lower side. Within the red band is a white band and within the white band is a blue field. Superimposed over the circular design is an oyster shell in light grey. On the oyster shell is written Grey Lady in dark grey. Superimposed over the oyster shell is a mermaid having light grey hair, a tan face, arm and tail, and a dark grey body.
