Orange and red flames burn from a gold torch with a brown brim at the top of the compass, against the top white part of the shield. The center of the torch, the center of the scale and the pivot of the compass all meet in one point. The gray branches of the compass point down to form two sides of an isosceles triangle with the points touching the inner marginal ring of the seal. Below the compass is an unfurled white scroll with the gold words IGLESIA NI CRISTO. Beneath the compass pivot and between its branches is a gold king's crown exactly in the center of the shield. Beneath the crown, also centered and forming the base for other elements, is an inverted gold equilateral triangle. Over the equilateral triangle lies a black closed book, laid down in three-dimensional perspective, with the book's binding on the left of the viewer, its pages on the right, and its cover on the top. The book's pages, to the right of the viewer, are pink and edged in red. A yellow ribbon, whose end is cut in the shape of a chevron, is seen hanging from between the pages. Shown emerging from under the book are the ends of two white rolled scrolls, one lying on the green band of the shield and the other lying on the red band. The mark consists of a combination of three rectangles enclosed with a golden border. The top rectangle is red. The middle rectangle is black and contains the acronym SCAN in gold bold letters within it. In the middle of the letter C, of the acronym SCAN is a golden dot. Within the acronym SCAN there is a white color gradient on the same level as the golden dot. Behind the acronym SCAN are four orange circles that resemble wavelengths originating from the golden dot.
