The rectangle is divided into two smaller rectangles and is outlined in golden-brown with the left half being white in the center and the right half being golden-brown in the center. The word neta is in golden-brown lettering and the sa in the word saff is in white lettering with the ff in much larger orange and red stylized letters that extend beyond the edge of the rectangle on the top and bottom of the design. There is a subtle gray shadow below the wording and design.
