The mark consists of a rotated square outlined in light blue and white and filled with dark blue. At the center of the mark is a blue fish outlined in white. The fish tail is outlined in blue and contain the colors light blue and white. Under the fish head on the square and above the banner is a white jagged line forming a stylized wave.
