Tools associated with the implementation of a minimal soil disturbance program must be verifiably present on the farm grounds at all times. Any irrigation present on the farm must be kept in good working order consistent with the best practices in the region. The direction and shape of crop rows must be consistent with the natural flow of water across the property. The farm must have a regularly scheduled compost application on at least 50 percent of the farmed acreage and 25 percent of the applied compost must be created on-site.
