The design element is situated to the right of the literal mark and consists of a series of 12 concentric arcs. The upper most terminus end of each concentric arc is horizontal to the upper most edge of the literal mark. The lower most terminus of each concentric arc is on a line perpendicular to the horizontal line of the lower edge of the literal mark. The ninth arc furthest from the literal mark is only five-eigths completed as drawn from the uppermost edge downward.
