The mark consists of a shield bearing the following - in the center is a picture of the sun, four qudrants, two arms overlapping one another, a pyramid, a flower, and three ships; at the top there is a pyrigian cap; at the bottom there is a banner with Greek letters, transliterated to LAMBDA THETA PHI, foreign wording of Fraternidad Latina meaning Latin Fraternity and the words, Dec. 1975.;INDICATING MEMBERSHIP IN THE FRATERNITY;FRATERNID AD, LATINA, DEC 19/75 and the representation of the Greek letters;
